At PINO & PARTNER CREW SL, we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy clearly explains what data we collect through puritte.com, what we use it for, and what rights you have in this respect, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

It has not been necessary to appoint a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as none of the mandatory-appointment circumstances set out in Article 37 of the GDPR apply to PINO & PARTNER CREW SL. 2. What data we process and for what purpose

puritte.com does not have an online shop or a user registration system: it is an informational catalogue site. The only personal data we collect is the data you voluntarily provide through our contact forms, for the following purposes:

2.1. “Where to buy?” form

Data processed: name, email address, city, product of interest (optional), and message (optional).
Purpose: to handle your enquiry about the availability of Puritte products and to notify you when the brand becomes available from official distributors near you.
Legal basis: your consent, given through the acceptance checkbox on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

2.2. Official distributor application form

Data processed: company, contact person, email address, phone number, country, city, type of business, website (optional), and message (optional).
Purpose: to handle your application to become an official Puritte distributor and, where applicable, to initiate a B2B business relationship.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, should the business relationship move forward, the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

2.3. General contact form

Data processed: name, email address, and message.
Purpose: to address your enquiry, suggestion, or request for information.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

In all three cases, consent is obtained through an explicit acceptance checkbox that is not pre-ticked, and you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal, by writing to hola@puritte.com.

3. How your data is processed

When you submit a form, your data is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS) and sent directly by email to the management address of PINO & PARTNER CREW SL. We do not store your data in any website database: no record of your enquiry remains on the server once the email has been sent, beyond the email communication itself. The form also includes technical anti-spam measures (origin verification and an invisible honeypot field) that do not involve any additional processing of personal data.

4. Retention period

Your data will be kept in our email system for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or request and, should a business relationship be established (for example, with a distributor), for the duration of that relationship plus any additional periods required by applicable commercial, accounting, and tax legislation (generally, up to 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code). Once these purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or duly blocked for as long as any legal liability may arise.

5. Recipients and data transfers

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where legally required to do so. Our web hosting provider, which supplies the technical email and Site hosting service, acts as our data processor, under the corresponding contractual relationship required by Article 28 of the GDPR. puritte.com does not use analytics tools, advertising tools, or third-party cookies, so no data is shared for statistical or advertising purposes. No international data transfers take place outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time, free of charge, by writing to hola@puritte.com and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity:

  • Access: to find out what data of yours we process.
  • Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: to request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • Objection: to object to a specific processing of your data.
  • Restriction of processing: to request that we temporarily suspend processing.
  • Data portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect.

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), through its online portal: www.aepd.es.

7. Minors

The Site’s forms are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data without the consent of their parents or guardians, please contact us at hola@puritte.com so that we can proceed with its deletion.

8. Security measures

PINO & PARTNER CREW SL applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security proportionate to the risk of processing, including encryption of communications (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to information, and the fact that no personal data is stored in any Site database.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative developments or changes to how the Site operates. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, indicating the date it was last updated.
